FAQs for clean events
What is included in the final cleaning service after the event?
Before the event starts, the space is handed over in a clean and orderly condition. During the event, cleaning is conducted on a continuous basis for a period of up to ten hours per day. This service is already included in the space hire and ensures the event areas are checked regularly.
What does the final cleaning service cover?
The final cleaning service is included on the last day of the event and covers basic cleaning of all of the areas used. This includes:
- Cleaning of event areas to remove dirt and dust
- Cleaning and wiping down surfaces of the furnishings provided
- Emptying and replacing the rubbish bins, so the space is left tidy
This cleaning service ensures that space is in good order after the event.
What is not included?
Work that goes beyond normal clean-up is not included in the final clean-up and will be charged separately. Examples of this include:
- stubborn adhesive residues from decorations or posters
- other hard-to-remove spots that require specialist cleaning materials or additional cleaning work
In such cases we notify the organiser of the additional costs in good time.
Waste disposal and special cases
Regular waste disposal after the event is part of our service. However, there are special cases that call for additional resources. This applies especially to large setups and breakdowns, such as exhibitions or trade fairs in our exhibition halls. Here, it may be necessary to provide additional waste containers (skips/dumpsters). The costs for these special waste disposal measures will be invoiced separately to organisers.
