Currently, the following regulations apply to events in Vienna:
<ul>
<li>No restrictions on admission (3G, 2G, 2G+): participants do not have to provide proof of 3G, 2G or 2G+ status prior to admission.</li>
<li>For events with more than 500 participants, a Covid-19 officer must be appointed and a Covid-19 prevention plan drawn up.</li>
<li>The personnel required for the implementation and organization of the event is not included in the number of persons.</li>
<li>Wearing FFP2 masks at events is not mandatory.</li>
</ul>
The current regulations are valid until 15 January 2023.

Surrounded by contemporary architecture, just 7 minutes from the city centre and a few minutes’ walk from the Danube and the Donaupark. Austria’s largest conference centre has a total capacity for 20,000 delegates and offers 24 lecture rooms for between 100 and 4,320 participants, 180 meeting rooms and 22,000 m² of exhibition space.
